All names provided in the contracts we have been entrusted with, are managed with the hightest professional confidentiality (as per D.legs 196/2003).

Applications will be managed by Eurocollection for the period of time the company set out at the job assignment. At the end of that period, the applications will be given back together with a detailed report. It will be our care to communicate every change of address, domicile and telephone numbers. If the debtor should have already paid before the job assignment, we will report the payment details.

For all takings we issue receips which are sent to the customer for every single collection. All takings collected via bank cheques or bills of exchange must be addressed directly to the purchaser company.

The job assignment can be rescindable anytime by both parts with an advance notice.
